CRP runs a variety of income generating activities to raise its own funds and also to provide vocational training to disabled people while they are at CRP. CRP-Aware is a sales outlet located in the modern Unicorn Plaza shopping centre in Gulshan 2, Dhaka. Items produced at CRP are sold in CRP-Aware including hand made clothing made at CRP-Gonokbari.

The wood workshop at CRP-Savar makes a wide range of furniture to order. Items include, tables, beds, chairs and wardrobes. A special 'Balans chair' is produced for use by computer users. The wood workshop also makes a selection of wooden toys, some of them specially designed for children with cerebral palsy to increase their functional capability. Articles are sold either to order, at CRP or in local markets and fairs.

Both fish farming and the cultivation of plants, fruit and vegetables are undertaken at CRP-Savar, CRP-Gonokbari and CRP-Gobindapur. This is also useful training for patients before returning to their communities. A medicinal plant project is run at CRP-Gonokbari.
