Twenty three years old, Md. Habibur Rahman came from a destitute family from a village of Mymensingh district. He is a congenitally physical disabled person (Adult Cerebral Palsy). From his early age, he grew up with contempt from neighbors and relatives He has elderly parents and a sister at his home who is also physically disabled (Adult Cerebral Palsy). She has to stay in her bed all the time.
Due to his financial difficulties and disability, he could not study beyond the 5th grade. Habibur is the only earning member of his family. He worked in a tea stall. From there he used to earn 1500 taka per month. His fragile father also worked occasionally as a day laborer. Their family lives with great difficulty. He came to CRP based on the advice of a disabled brother who was trained by CRP vocational training institute. Habibur received training from January to March session as a Linking operator. After completing the training, he joined as an operator at Probriddhi Apparels Ltd with the help of Inclusive Job Centre of CRP.
